During our recent gourmet getaway at Le Montaigu, my husband and I were delighted to discover the culinary wonders awaiting us at the hotel's restaurant, Le Marmiton. Just a short stroll away, the cozy ambiance of the Le Marmiton beckoned us in for an evening of gastronomic delight. As a history teacher with a penchant for French culture, I was intrigued by the fusion of traditional and innovative cuisine offered at Le Marmiton.The impeccable service and attention to detail were evident in every dish, showcasing the chef's culinary prowess. We savored each bite, appreciating the balance of flavors and textures that elevated our dining experience. The restaurant's proximity to Le Txoko and La Terrasse also allowed us to explore the vibrant food scene nearby.
